How I can find duplicate files?

Select the Search tab, then select the drives and folders you want to search through (and if applicable, the folders you want to omit from the search), and make sure the Duplicate Files box is checked, and then click Start Search.


How to search duplicated files faster and more efficiently?

Select the Search tab, then select the drives and folders you want to search through (and if applicable, the folders you want to omit from the search), and make sure the Duplicate Files box is checked. Now exclude smaller files from your search by setting a size limit in the duplicate files options from the main Options tab. Under the search options, check the Less Than box and enter, for example, 1 in the text box and select MB from the drop down box (exclude from search files with size less than 1 MB). Now go back to the Search tab and click Start Search.


How I can find temporary, junk files?

Go to the Options tab and select the Temporary & Junk Files option. Check any of the listed mask items that you want to search for. You can also remove, edit or add any masks that you want to use. Go back to Search tab and make sure the Temporary & Junk Files box is checked, then select the drives and folders you want to search through (and if applicable, the folders you want to omit from the search) then click Start Search.


How I can find old, infrequently used files?

Go to the Options tab and select the Infrequently Used option. Check any of the boxes that you want to search for, including Not Accessed, Not Modified, and Created. For any of these options you want to use, be sure to enter a number and set the unit of time you want to use (years, months, weeks, or days) from the drop-down box. Go back to Search tab and make sure the Infrequently Used box is checked, then select the drives and folders you want to search through (and if applicable, the folders you want to omit from the search) and make sure the Infrequently Used Files box is checked, then click Start Search.


How I can find "zero length" files and empty folders?

Select the Options tab and select the Empty Files & Folders option. Then select the Files and Folders boxes under "Search for empty:". Go back to Search tab and make sure the Empty Files & Folders box is checked, then select the drives and folders you want to search through (and if applicable, the folders you want to omit from the search) and make sure the Infrequently Used Files box is checked, then click Start Search.


How I can determine free and used disk space?

Click on the Disk Information tab to display all information on your drive, including free and used space, drive label name, and other useful information.


How I can view list of installed applications?

Select the Uninstaller tab to display a list of all programs and applications that are installed on your system. You can also see the Estimated Size of the applications listed.


How I can exclude some folder from search?

Select the Options tab then you can see the Global Exclude list. You can add, remove, and edit entries by using the icons on the right hand side of the list.
